So I just bought a few new bongs and am loving them. First I got a really sweet bong made of glass that smokes like an absolute treat. On top of that I have a sick new cannabis smoking pipe that I haven't used yet but am sure will smoke a treat.

For the finale I scored myself a totally sick water bong / pipe that I am just about to use to smoke up now!

I have been searching high and low for some of the great new smoking sites that have come out in 2009 and I think I have found five of the best. The first is Bongs Online, a place that details the very best types of bongs to buy.

The next is tokers delight, a place for marijuana smokers to compare notes about different head shops and what not.

The final three that I have fallen in love with are weed city, bongs haven and the land of bongs. All have lots of quality stuff!

Okay so you have your bongs, you've ordered your legal buds - hell you might even have a vaporizer in the cupboard, the point is you have all the 420 essentials. Now it's time to check out some awesome cannabis accessories.

For a starter you simply can't go wrong with rolling papers, especially the ones that are made especially for a joint!. To go with it you can add a herb grinder to mull your weed quickly. Finally chuck in a hemp t shirt and you are good to go!

First off you can find awesome poems about marijuana - these are great poems that you can share with your friends, print out stick on your walls or just read and chuckle to yourself over as you smoke a bong.

Next is the marijuana nicknames section that you will find letting you know virtually all of the street names for weed that exist.

If you are on a tight budget and don't want to spend a lot on a bong then there really isn't any problem out there because there are a tonne of budget bongs out there that don't sacrifice on quality.

Homemade Bongs

Many people simply don't have the time or money to purchase a bong, but it's okay because homemade bongs are easy and simple to make. All you really need are a few things that you can find lying around the hose - a bottle, a piece of hose and if you don't have a cone piece you can make one out of foil or aluminum.

For more information you really should take a look at Homemade Bongs, there is a tonne of good stuff there and what's more there are a variety of bongs you can make; including the bushman's billy, the apple bong and the basic water bong.

Why we love Gravity Bongs

Why do we love Gravity Bongs? Because they are fun! There's nothing better than whipping up a gravity bong at a party and getting high as a kite and off your chops. Seriously.

They're actually quite easy to make and if you'd like to know how check out Gravity Bongs because there is some great information there. Gravity Bongs can also be known as bucket bongs and they are dead easy to make, all you really need is a cone piece and a bucket or a 2 liter bottler (3 if you want an even stronger suction pull).

Water Bongs

Just about all bongs use water... but why is it so important to use water bongs? Well I'll give you a quick run through but you you want more detail go to Water Bongs.

But to put it simply the water in a bong takes away many of the harmful chemicals and toxins in the smoke, it makes for a healthier smoke as it reduces all these chemicals for you. Another reason is that it simply makes the smoke smoother and more enjoyable for the smoker.

Be sure to put water in your bongs guys, Water bongs are just much better than a dry bong.
